Product Description

Fiberglass insulation screws are made of glass fiber filaments impregnated with epoxy resin matrix and then extruded at high temperature.
Product performance:

*The product is made by continuous pultrusion, ensuring that each glass fiber in the product is a whole long fiber, which makes the product's resistance mechanical pressure and mechanical tensile force very excellent, with a tensile strength of 570 Mpa.

*Excellent electrical performance, with a voltage range of 10KV---1000KV, strong corrosion resistance, high flexural strength, not to bend, easy to use and other features.

*The product allows long-term working temperature of 170-200ºC, and the highest short-circuit working temperature of the product is230ºC.

*The product is guaranteed to have a very smooth surface without color difference, burrs, or scratches due to the use of German imported demold agents

*The product has a heat resistance grade and insulation grade of H, making it an ideal substitute for unsaturated molded MPI products.
